Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a rapid change work that utilises simple eye movements focused on processing the emotions associated with past experiences so that we can move forward in our lives.

When we experience trauma or significant emotional stress, our minds can become stuck, unable to fully process what happened. These unprocessed memories linger, fueling anxiety, negative self-beliefs, or feelings of insecurity in relationships. Over time, we may begin to see the world through the lens of past hurts, making it harder to feel safe, calm, or connected.

IEMT helps interrupt unhelpful emotional patterns like anxiety, stress responses, low mood, or unresolved past experiences. By working directly with the nervous system, it creates fast, noticeable shifts in how you feel and respond, helping you regain clarity, calm, and emotional resilience.
