Hypnosis
Work through anxiety, habits, phobias, or insomnia with personalized hypnosis in Prince William County, or from anywhere via secure teletherapy.
Your subconscious mind drives the majority of your beliefs, emotions, and automatic responses — the patterns that were largely set before you had the words to question them. When you try to change a habit, calm an anxious response, or sleep through the night using willpower alone, you're working against programming that runs far below conscious thought.
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of attention that gives us direct access to that deeper layer of the mind. It's not stage-show unconsciousness, and it's not something done to you — you remain fully aware and in control throughout. For many clients in Manassas, Gainesville, and across Northern Virginia, it's the thing that finally worked after other approaches stalled.

What clients say
"I have hated and feared flying for almost 20 years. I reached out to my physician and tried several medications, coping skills, and even airport drinks, and nothing would help. I came across Rose on a Google search and scheduled a phone consult, then booked my first session. After 5 sessions I booked a flight; after my sixth session I took that flight — it was the calmest I have ever been flying. Since then I've taken longer flights with connections, and bumpy flights where I comforted others. I've also taken one of my kids to her for anxiety and seen a big improvement."
"It's been a month since my last session with Rose Ferguson, and my anxiety issues remain negligible. Finally! Relief. Past trauma looped continuously; it was exhausting and debilitating. After completing a six-week course of sessions, I know that stuff happened; I'm just not interested in trying to remember what it was. Consequently, I can finally live my life."
FAQs
What is the fee? $225 per session, or package pricing is available. This is discussed in your free consultation.
How many sessions will I need? This depends on what you're working on. Many clients see meaningful change in 3–6 sessions; more complex or longstanding patterns may take longer.
Can I be hypnotized? Hypnosis is a natural state everyone enters every day (think of driving somewhere and not quite remembering the trip). If you're motivated to make a change, you can be hypnotized.
Do sessions have to be in person? No. Virtual sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy work well for most goals, and are available to clients anywhere.
